

James is an enthusiastic, energetic & motivational Personal Trainer with over 10 years experience in fitness & competitive sport. Since graduating from LJMU Centre of Excellence for Research with an Honours Degree in Sports Science and Football, James has maintained an active interest in health, nutrition and the effects of physical activity on the human body. This passion has led to further study and successful completion of a Diploma in Personal Training and Sports Massage Therapy through Premier Training International. James is fully first aid trained and CPR proficient and currently holds REPS Level 3 status.
This knowledge and training, coupled with his experience, enable James to understand each individual’s body and achieve fantastic results. Whether your goals are weight loss, toning up, general fitness or aiming towards a specific goal like entering a race or increasing sporting performance, James has the passion to drive and support you to get the noticeable results you want.
